Refund & Exchange Policy
Grippy Socks – Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange a product purchased from Grippy Socks, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. For exchanges, you can select a different product of equal value. If you prefer a refund, we’ll process it back to your original payment method. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Return an Item:
- Pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Include the original packing slip or a copy of the receipt, along with a reason for the return.
- Ship the package via a carrier of your choice.
- Email your order number and tracking number to contact@grippy-socks.com
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- If a returned item is deemed used or worn, we will notify you via email and return the item to you.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for both domestic and international orders.
